Emma Burnett is a licensed social worker who received her master’s degree from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work. She has experience working on inpatient psychiatric units, providing individual psychotherapy, and facilitating group therapy. Emma enjoys supporting young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity development, and the challenges that come with building independence, relationships, and stability.

Emma’s therapeutic approach is person-centered and integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Throughout her clinical work, Emma has supported clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, substance use, and co-occurring concerns. She values a strengths-based framework that empowers clients to build insight, resilience, and confidence as they work toward meaningful change.

Emma strives to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel comfortable exploring difficult emotions and experiences. Beginning a journey of self-discovery can feel overwhelming, but Emma believes clients do not have to navigate these challenges alone.
