M.E. Endsley, LMSW is a licensed therapist based in New York City. She earned her master’s degree in Social Work from New York University and has worked with individuals and families across a variety of settings, including intensive outpatient programs, outpatient substance use clinics, and shelters. M.E. brings experience in providing individual therapy, coaching, parent coaching, and facilitating groups. She has a particular passion for supporting young adults and adults navigating mood disorders, personality disorders, attachment trauma,and life transitions.
M.E. is a strengths-based and trauma-informed therapist who supports clients through emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance use, codependency, and trauma. Her approach to therapy is holistic, weaving together evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and relational therapy with mindfulness and a deep respect for each person’s unique story. Her practice is informed by an integrative framework that honors the connection between mind, body, and emotion, helping clients develop insight, enhance emotional regulation, and foster meaningful growth.
M.E.’s work is built upon cultural humility and the belief that healing is not linear. She helps clients move beyond the patterns that keep them stuck by creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where they can explore their inner world, gain insight into how past experiences shape their present, and develop the skills needed to live more balanced and fulfilling lives.
She can often be found with a coffee in hand, meeting clients for both in-person and virtual sessions.
