Grace holds a Master’s in Social Work and Program Management from Columbia University in the City of New York and a BA in Sociology and Human Rights from University of Dayton. She values relationships and community, having spent a decade in community building, non-profit management, and direct clinical care in NYC. She enjoys exploring creative and somatic modalities of healing and has incorporated her art practice into her therapy work through mindful pottery workshops. She holds clinical licensure in New York and is passionate about supporting individuals on their unique healing journey.
Working through a trauma-informed lens, Grace creates a warm and grounding space for folks experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life stress, and effects from past trauma. She takes a collaborative approach, valuing the therapeutic relationship and working from a strengths-based perspective. Grace utilizes insight-oriented therapy and incorporates modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to ensure her client’s are receiving effective and individualized care.
Grace enjoys spending her days in the desert hiking with her pup, creating ceramic and textile art, and practicing meditation and mindfulness.
