What is recovery coaching?
Mental health recovery coaching is a type of support that focuses on helping individuals with mental health conditions achieve their short-term and long-term goals. Recovery coaches work with individuals to develop a personalized plan for recovery and provide guidance and support as the individual works to implement that plan. ​Therapeutic Coaching entails a combination of behavioral interventions, therapeutic exposures, skills building, and accountability.
